November Luncheon Meetup Details

 

 

 

Who will claim the cook-off prize? Comfort food, networking and relaxation is our plan for our November networking lunch!

DETAILS:

• Tuesday November 10th from 11:30am to 1pm
• Meeting at RK Creative Studio - 55 East 100 North in Spanish Fork (downstairs of Tabitha's Way. Enter through the south door facing the road).
• Bring your best soup or chili to share ~OR~ pay $10 simply to attend without bringing an entry into our cook-off contest. If bringing a chili please let us know at wibsuc@gmail.com
• Grounding Exercise with Patricia Mills of Mills Supportive Counseling followed by Meditation with Trish Gavin of Bottoms Up Yoga
• Bring a small gift for a drawing (Not required!)

We'll be following the Utah County safe gathering guidelines at the time of the event. Masks will be requested to wear when at the food serving table.
